Rolled over an existing Roth IRA to an iTrust account. Simple and easy process. Staff was great to work with and the platform is simple to use. Highly recommended if you are looking to get into crypto and diversify your portfolio.
The paperwork and verification takes a little time, but it was smooth sailing all the way.

Overall, I am satisfied with ITrust capital. First of all, it’s awesome to have a way to trade crypto using IRA funds. The thing that kept me from rating ITrust as five stars is their customer support process. You can’t pick up the phone and call someone about a problem, or discuss concerns. Instead you have to schedule a callback. Callbacks can literally take days. This is really unacceptable when you are dealing with large sums of money. If ITrust expects to take that next step to success, it needs to fix this problem.
