I was having a difficult time registering for an account was having some real difficulty registering. It was only until that Grant from iTrustCapital informed me that I was entering an invalid promo code that enabled me to fix the problem. I had previously informed iTrust Capital just 24 hours prior that I was having difficulty fully registering my account. I'm very glad that I'll get the chance to roll over my other 401K to consolidate my assets thanks to him. Thanks, Grant you're a real hero!
IRA for Crypto and Precious Metals! Perfect!
Jared is great. Responds promptly. No ACH transfer for cash contributions. Takes too long to mail checks for deposit. Wire transfers not viable for Small transfers.
They have been very good at getting back to me with questions that I have had. I have used I trust for almost a year and have had a Great relationship with them. Wish I could say the same about Coinbase.They ignore you, my account has been locked for almost a month now at coinbase
Working online it took one day to open an account. Then Jared Feldman from Itrustcapitol walked me thru the funding process and within 48 hours funds were transferred and I was buying. What a different experience from other crypto platforms where weeks would go buy with no progress and ZERO customer service. It will be very important in the near future to allow custodians to access stable coins in our investment portfolio such as USDT. At the moment, these are not supported
