I am EXTREMELY excited to be moving my IRA to iTrust. it has taken a number of weeks to get it done. This week after many weeks of going back and forth - i was able to get Rochelle on a 3 way call with JP Morgan and we finally got it done. Danielle's communication took over as soon as I filled out all the forms online.... And then, I was dealing with a person. Danielle was very helpful and made my transfer for my Roth IRA easy and quick. I was ready to jump into my crypto investments immediately. As you can imagine I am a little nervous with this decision. I was emailing back and forth with Alexis - iTrust representative.
