They have been fine until recently They have been ok until recently. Transactions for transferring has been a lot slower than what they promised. When I asked them for more details, they could not answer any specifics but just gave me a generic answer to get me off the phone. Not helpful at all. Their app is ok and has basic functions. We're doing everything we can internally to get our IRA Transfer processing time back to where it was before. Our app for Android and iOS does have features that allow you to track portfolio allocation and average cost.
