On the initial call Jonathan was thorough in checking steps and troubleshooting things with me. When we couldn’t get things resolved he did more research to help resolve the problem. He followed up and on the next call we resolved everything within minutes. It’s great to work with someone who is committed to their customer and knowledgeable about their products.
