We rely on our Trust company to make sure these checks go out, and they have obviously not done their part with this case. This is a big reason why we announced our integration with a new Trust company earlier this month.
Most all transactions can be handled… Most all transactions can be handled online easily. I recently needed to speak with agent, though, and was surprised how quick and efficient the rep handled it. Great customer service!
