Ease of Use I don't like that I have to go to my history to see what the previous purchase price of coins was at the time of purchase. This makes it difficult to determine which coins I should be dollar cost averaging into.

After a very bad initial showing in dealing with a hacker break-in to my mother's account, iTrust finally came back and made good with us, via a very gracious call from one of their VPs and a pledge to undo the damage done to her IRA account. They have further pledged to repair the previous flaw in their security, so that we and every other iTrust client can have full faith in their security protocols, going forward.
