The interface is pathetic The interface is pathetic. You can only utilize market orders there is no charts, it was developed by a 12 year old software engineer. These guys don't know what the hell they are doing.

Still waiting... Still waiting for my IRA funds to transfer - it's been months. I've never seen a transfer take this long. No updates, no follow-up, poor communication. So far I'm not happy. I was wanting to transfer my wife's IRA here also but I don't think I'll be doing that now.

I completed an application about 10… I completed an application about 10 days ago and received an email response that I should receive approval after review, along with additional requests for info. Not a peep! I emailed requesting current status and received an email response: "b". I have no idea what this is suppose to mean? Be prepared to hassle I started the process of transferring a sizable chunk of cash from one IRA over to iTrust 8 WEEKS ago. After completing the forms and instructions for a transfer on their website, I got an email telling me to keep a close eye on my account messages and email inbox over the next 1-3 business days to DocuSign a couple of documents. 2 full weeks later I hadn't received anything, so I sent a message to customer support. I recently opened up a Roth IRA account… I recently opened up a Roth IRA account and it was a rather simple process to do. Linking up your bank account to fund is easy. The crypto choices are great are growing each week. The only drawback is you have to place in $2500 min to start and then 1000.00 each time thereafter. I think it is much better if I could do less, Like $200 to $500 so I can contribute more often. Other than this, a great platform.
