A strong C+, with room to improve Onboarding==> B+. Fairly straight-forward and they give you a lot of instructions and a designated AE to sherpa your transfer of an IRA (if you're rolling in it can be complicated). In my case it was an inherited IRA, so the form that I needed was different than was sent to me and then to my old bank, which of course rejected the transfer. Fortunately my new crypto IRA in one month is out performing my conventional IRA over the past decade. I hope there is more of the same to come. Can't recommend iTrust Capital enough. ITC is a great option for a crypto… ITC is a great option for a crypto 401k, and their fees are very reasonable. The only downside is you can't self custody your crypto.

Interface is simple to use. Very easy to roll over your existing 401k or IRA into iTrust. Unfortunately I was not able to but other friends have and told me the process was great. I started a fresh IRA with iTrust and the interface to buy/sell is very straightforward and simple, which is great in a new confusing crypto space.

I am very pleased with iTrust I am very pleased with iTrust. Starting out, the user interface is easy to navigate. Account set up was quick and easy. Rolling over funds from other IRA’s was easy to initiate with iTrust, and the instructions provided were clear and concise. I trust is a great alternative to… I trust is a great alternative to invest in crypto in your retirement account. The seem to add new coins regularly. I would like to see them process deposits more quickly.
