It keeps getting better I'm editing this review to make it even better. I had a great experience signing up and the interface is easy and clean, but I was a little confused on the timing and logistics of funding. I chose "schedule a call" from the help menu and schedule a 15 minute window for my call to be done 2 days later. They sent multiple texts reminding me and they called right on time. However, the flat $29.95 monthly account fee covers institutional custody and insurance but 24/7 trading, live customer service, and much more. But as we continue to grow, we may lean toward eliminating those monthly fees. Stay tuned!
iTrustCapital...Professional, Transparent and Responsive iTrustCapital has been professional, transparent, and responsive during the process of converting to a self directed IRA. Their website is intuitive and easy to use. Good but could be great with one addition Everthing is great. The only deficiency is the lack of an interest earning money market account. So if I have money in cash, its at least earning something.
