You still have work to do, but there is potential It may be ok to you to have no live customer service you can speak with when needed, and have to wait days or weeks for a call back...but its not ok with us. Also you are not fast on the draw when transactions are taking place. I find you average so far. The gentleman that we eventually had contact us was nice and helpful to the degree he could.

Seamless transfer The customer service has been great! It’s also a very easy platform to use. Everything has been seamless. They did all the work to transfer my Roth and I had no problems. I plan to move a 401k here as well.
Meh not terrible not great It is a super-pain in the a*$*$ to simply make a deposit in any way shape or form. I expect to get some bull$-hit boiler plate explanation that it has to be ridiculously difficult to make deposits. Don’t bother, I’ll just ignore it.
