iTrust Capital early adopter Happy Camper I have been with iTrust Capital for a little over a year and I have always been impressed by their responsive service. Recently I spoke with Gregory Caldwell who was incredibly knowledgeable about crypto and helpful with my specific questions. In the past the CEO given me a call to make sure things were running smoothly. As they grow I’m sure this personalized touch will be harder to come by but it’s a great way to start. Kudos iTrust

The process was easy! The process was easy. There is a few pages of paperwork to do but the agents moved it fast and within days I had deposited cash from my bank account and transferred a with IRA. I just wish the fees were lower. Overall very happy so far. Waiting for crypto to explode!

No phone support! I have been researching SDIRA custodians. I stumbled upon iTrust Capital and began learning about them. The website is pretty good. There's a lot of info which answered many questions I had. I wanted to call them to ask some additional questions. The phone number was listed on their site. When I called, there was a recording that stated there is NO PHONE SUPPORT due to their rapid growth (or something along those lines). Happy With IRA, Site Works Well We were looking for an IRA in which we could invest in crypto. Our goal was to invest some funds, that would not make or break our portfolio, in an obviously more risky investment class. My ira rollover came to itrust on 9/23… My ira rollover came to itrust on 9/23 and i had to call twice to track it down, first time there was no record

Regarding your most recent rollover check, it was received on 9/23, and your funds were released 3-business days later, per our written policy, on 9/28. We receive several checks daily, and it does take time to check them in.
I called my Qualified Plan Management… I called my Qualified Plan Management company and found out they do not provide Crypto Investment option. After doing some in depth research, I later chose iTrustCapital as a means to transfer 20% of my qualified plan into Crypto Currency investment options.
