Wish it was easier to talk to a person Wish it was easier to talk to a person. I understand trying to keep budget down, but sometimes its nice to just pick up the phone and talk to someone. Hetti g this transfer thing has been a bit of a pain. Some of the attachments that were sent are just headings or logis or something not a form.

Pretty Good overall experience Overall a good experience. Quick response from customer service and pretty good selection of digital assets. Very disappointed with contribution options! Need ach deposits and ability to link fiat accounts for monthly contributions.Also an option to pay account fee once per year instead of monthly would be great.
