Thanks for your help Thanks for your help. The only area, thus far, that I see a need for improvement, would be on-line chat assistance for quick questions. My situation was unique, and you helped me navigate the waters. The on-line chat tool would have made the process more efficient.

Shawn was great, and answered all my questions. Funding was smooth and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was again the same person responding in emails letting me know on next steps. Way better experience than Fidelity and other companies!

I-Trust newbie I am new to I-Trust. The experience has been excellent to date. Communication between us is great. Most importantly, transferred funds appear in the accounts much sooner than anticipated and orders are filled promtly.
Excellent Service My wife and I have had a great experience with ITrust Capital so far. The interface is easy to work and the funds appeared in our account the same day after the bank wire was sent. In addition, Jared Feldman, an iTrust representative did an excellent job helping us to accomplish a “Backdoor Roth IRA” Account. In my experience so far, their customer service is top notch!
