All is well All is well. Think that there can be more info regarding the process of how one can redeem shares (units) of digital assets. Last time I looked there was not much information in this regard.
So far my experience with Itrust has… So far my experience with Itrust has been great. Jeff took the time to explain the program via a phone call. Having a "real" person to speak with is important to me when investing money. I'm looking forward a time when they offer an App version on my phone and also a way to make deposits directly through the App rather than a wire transfers which is costly. Other than that, everything is good and I look forward to investing in my retirement with digital assets.

Great company Great company. If you are making a move there ( as are many many people ) remember it takes some time to set up and move accounts.
The customer service is great The customer service is great. Working at getting a few things figured out with the current custodian I am with and the I Trust rep has been extremely helpful and proactive. Excited to be partnering with this team.
