Only time will tell Most everything about ITrustCapital seems good on the surface. The internet interface works well. I was not happy with the hurried and seemingly unconcerned tone of the sales rep during my first phone call. If you are asking someone to invest thousands of dollars, there should be no problem taking 10 or even 15 minutes to respectfully answer questions. When I had an issue with depositing… When I had an issue with depositing funds and needed iTrustCapital to be involved, it was very inconvenient that I had to schedule a phone call that was 2 weeks out.
They are extremely good but wish they… They are extremely good but wish they had better availability for issues. Usually only an email is needed but I suspect because of their growing business, they are working at getting more bodies available to make/take calls. Overall very satisfied.
Felipe was extremely knowledgeable Felipe was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient. I was surprised to learn he was new to the company since he was able to answer all my questions with ease and he walked me through the entire process. I walked away feeling informed and confident. He was very easy to speak to and answered all my questions and was very patient taking as much time I as I needed to understand. It was a real pleasure talking to him and a positive experience with Itrust.
The transfer from my former Roth IRA… The transfer from my former Roth IRA custodian was smooth enough. However, to transfer funds from my bank seems to be currently impossible. I tried to transfer funds to Vespa (?) bank, and since I do not have an account there, I cannot check to verify the small trial amounts. So far, that has been my only difficulty. Customer service has been, not unexpectedly, a bit slow, but that is understandable to me. Thank you for your service. Sincerely, Steve
