I do get replies to my inquiries--at least that they ack my inquiry and they do get back in a timely fashion. My first 401K rollover to iTrust from Wells Fargo went very smoothly and quickly with my deposit available within a day and a half for trading. I like iTrust Capital and the fees are… I like iTrust Capital and the fees are far better than other platforms. Sometimes communication is slow so I would say just upping the costumer service response time would help. Although I would say that there have been times where phone calls were very timely and appreciated. I just sometimes feel a little disconnected when it comes to getting account information and action.
I am displeased about your decision to… I am displeased about your decision to cease trading XRP. If your view of XRP is that you took the action because of the SEC lawsuit, which is not resolved, then what bodes for your platform when probably most other coins raised capital in the exact same manner as XRP, but the differed that they have not been sued by the SEC? Your coin holdings are limited and, I suppose, with that cloud hanging over you, the platform may shrink to BTC and ETH? Otherwise, the interface is good and easy... read more

Hi Gene, We appreciate you and understand your frustration regarding XRP. As explained in several announcements, iTrustCapital is a self-directed IRA platform, NOT an exchange. We rely on U.S. exchanges to provide liquidity for all assets on our platform. All major U.S. exchanges have or are soon to suspend XRP trading due to the SEC lawsuit against Ripple. If exchanges restart XRP trading with United States-based clientele, iTrustCapital will swiftly integrate them to our platform.
Easy to Trade but Complicated to Fund The trades are easy to make and keep track of. The funding is somewhat complicated and I wish there was an ACH alternative other than just wire transfer or check. Other than that I find the platform excellent!
