CARDANO staking I had a question and got back a response from a live person an hour later! This is EXACTLY why I left Bitcoin IRA. ITrust has fantastic service and I trust them entirely as custodians, Incidentally, you can’t stake ADA yet, but you will be able to within your IRA. Patience. Good platform...could be great!!! I wanted to be able to invest in cryptocurrencioes inside of my IRA account to avoid taxes. Itrust is a great platform to be able to invest in this new asset class. In the beginning iTrust was quick In the beginning iTrust was quick, responsive and helpful. Since it was working well I decided to roll over a 2nd IRA into iTrust. That was a train wreck, with iTrust's staff failing to do their job at just about every turn. From not listening to instruction from my old 401k company (needed a wet medallion signature) to not responding to emails, everything this time around has been a disaster. Michael, We apologize for the delay. Your previous custodian is unique in today's digital world. They require original physical paperwork to be mailed to them. Unlike your first transfer that went smoothly, the 2nd custodian makes clients sign, then mail the physical form to us; we have to stamp it and mail it to them. Companies that still require this method do so to create as much friction as possible to cause delays and frustration for clients trying to move their funds out. iTrust is easy to use. iTrust is easy to use. I went with a Roth IRA so no taxes for any capital gains on my cryptos.
Worst customer service ever. Would give 0 stars if possible. Difficult to reach by phone or email. Takes days or weeks to get a response for simplest things like address change. Feel like they are holding my crypto assets hostage.

Your current request to do a partial transfer of USD from your account was received 3-business days ago. Processing time for transfers is approximately 1-week. In regards to the "holding my crypto assets hostage" comment, all assets in an IRA must be custodied by a trustee. Communication and transparency I had been with Kingdom trust for about two years and in the past two months they stopped answering the phone.
