Their service has been exceptional… Their service and follow thru has been exceptional. It's nice that you can schedule an appointment to speak with someone directly. After requesting a task or answer the responsiveness is very fast. I feel their commissions are reasonable and I hear are very competitive in the industry. Very pleased with iTrustCapital I am so happy i have an account with you guys! You staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I like the interface, simple and easy to navigate. I have not done any trades as yet. My only complaint is not being able to contact someone without having to schedule it. That is the reason for the 4 stars.
