iTrust listened to my inquiry about the… iTrust listened to my inquiry about the possibility they would support the proposed Flare Spark token. Within days I saw news on Twitter and on iTrust's Knowledge section that they reached out to Flare to coordinate and voice their concerns. Great company! My only complaint is how long it can take for their support to reply to emails. Takes a couple days it seems. Phone calls need to be scheduled a day out. I understand that they are probably swamped due to their recent popularity.

I am not much for writing reviews but I… I am not much for writing reviews but I can say that I was lead to iTrust through two digital asset YouTube channels that I follow. I made a call and spoke to one of the founders of the company. I apologize for not remembering his name but he was very helpful and let me know that I was not bothering him with my questions. Setting up the account was pretty straightforward with emails from the company and Docusighning documents. I am very satisfied with the process and ease of setup.

Rolled over from BitIra The ONLY thing that makes me sad is that I didn’t know about iTrustCapitol sooner. I am rolling over an IRA from BitIra. What a mistake that was! BitIra took 10% of my total funds. You had to invest in 1 thing with no access to trade and you can only sell if you get ahold of someone in the office M-F. With iTrustCapitol the fees are low and I can trade and have access to sell if the price changes suddenly. The customer service has been great as well.
