Seriously must I give a whole Star oh… Seriously must I give a whole Star oh well here goes. This company moves at a speed that makes glaciers appear fast and that was before Global Warming. Start your account a month before you want one. They should say we are low cost because :We are very slow and you will do most of the heavy lifting. I would like to see them list their average times in (weeks) it takes to get accounts funded.

Everything works flawlessly BUT Everything works flawlessly. Email communications are great and very helpful. BUT, You have restrictions on the amount of crypto you can can trade at one time. 50,000 is too small of an amount for these types of accounts.
Would like to see "Limit Order"… Would like to see "Limit Order" capability added for trading. Also noticed some delay reflecting "real time" price.

A lot of growing pains. The user interface is simple and works great. Trading prices and execution is fast. Areas needing improvement. 1) Setup and transfers from an existing IRA is very very slow with very very limited communication. "Pending" is too generic and leaves you feeling unsettled where you are in the setup stage. If the market is mooning you will loose money waiting! Could use some improvements It’s hard to reach anyone by phone. XRP should update currently even though trading is on hold. Need more options to trade crypto.
