On Dec 5th On Dec 5th, I mailed my wife's and my first installment. It was like waiting for paint to dry for you guys to receive this. I hate coinbase but Itrust is even worse at investing money. Your company charges monthly and I would think there would be better customer service. All I received were talking points and lies. Poor Customer Services, Failed Promises I started last year with itrust capital and initially they seem to be providing good customer care, but that went south when required reporting was asked for (form 5498). I was told I would receive the reporting and even end of year reports, but that never happened. I was given the run-around and customer service became very poor.
