Received great customer service and I… Received great customer service and I was able to transfer my funds easily.
I would give the company 5 stars but… I would give the company 5 stars but don't like the way to transfer funds. Fidelity for example has the ability to link bank account to IRA and transfer by app quick and easy. ITrust requires going to bank to wire funds. My bank for example charges a fee of $25 to wire. Only other option to fund account is mail check and wait 5 business days for funds to settle. Again, customer service with ITrust is great.
