I have had it up to here with waiting… I have had it up to here with waiting for withdrawals. Every time I try to get my money, it feels like I am hitting the brick. I will never recommend them. I have not had a positive experience… I have not had a positive experience with ITRUST Capital. They are custodians but be sure to read their policy on withdrawing your money. You have to REQUEST to withdraw your money and they take their sweet time on getting your cash from their custody back into your custody. I am planning on closing my account with them when or if I get my cash back.

I am with ITrustCapital for 2 years… I am with ITrustCapital for 2 years almost and I am extremely satisfied. I will never use this company again Well obviously I trust capital has a canned response. I guess they're familiar dealing with this grievance.But as I said, there are other services out there that do not hold your money for the first ninety days if immediate liquidity is important to you.ROBINHOOD IS 1 EXAMPLE

We prioritize protecting our clients from fraud and abuse and are extremely transparent about this hold being in place. It's clearly disclosed on the 'Important Disclaimer' during the ACH funding process before a client deposits from a linked bank account.
I will never use this company again I will never use this company again, and at the first opportunity, I will be closing both my accounts. I opened a ROTH and a custodial account. I opened the custodial account as a liquid account. I just found out that upon deposit into a personal account that they deny you the opportunity to remove any funds within the first 90 days. I recently started with ITrust capital… I recently started with ITrust capital for crypto institutional custody. I don’t trust exchanges because of terms. I don’t trust myself with cold wallets. Seed phrases and losing the cards. I recently spoke with Romeo in customer service. He knew his products very well and answer many questions. Good customer service from in the USA.
