Customer since January 2022… I opened my first account in January 2022 and iTrust has been great to work with. I was looking for a way to diversify my holdings into non-traditional (crypto) investments. The platform is well laid out and their support teams have been excellent to work with.

I had a issue with my account at…coinbase has terrible customer service.ter I had a issue with my account at coinbase, it's taking 3 hours to deal with the customer service robots and the issue still isn't resolved. They say it's no problem but it's been 14 days. That's a problem. NYC photo has taken 14 days and counting. I'm looking for human services real people. They treat us like digital customers because it's digital money.were humans.

I've only been opening a Roth IRA for… I've only been opening a Roth IRA for six months, and my main dissatisfaction is the excessive delay between the start of an ACH transaction and the final deposit into the app for the investment. A week, yes, seven days late. When I have to start the distributions, how long will that take, a month?

Hi Alex, We appreciate your feedback and patience. The amount of time it takes for an ACH to fund depends on the bank and other factors. Most ACH's take 1-2 business days to process and fund into an account. We're sorry that your ACH took longer than usual.
Signing up was very easy Two things made signing up with I trust Capital. Really nice.. number one is that the process was done in 5 minutes online. Super easy and then Romeo called me 10 minutes after that. He wanted to know if I had any questions which I did and he answered everything perfectly. check back with me when my Bitcoin multiplies by 10-20 and it is tax-free cuz it's in a Roth IRA and I'll be even more happy

Itrust Capital is not a good service… Itrust Capital is not a good service when it comes to the PCA account. There are not many options when you are trying to transfer assets over to their accounts.

He (and the entire staff I dealt with) have been extremely helpful and patient while I move over my crypto. I have had such a great experience thus far. Definitely recommended!
