ITrust Capital stands out for its solid customer service and dependable platform. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and backed by a team that actually cares. Enormous hassle to simply withdraw Roth… Enormous hassle to simply withdraw Roth IRA funds. The online form did not work, no help was provided, and the rep cancelled my request. Ridiculous.
Excellent Customer Support I'm always leery putting money into something because it's usually difficult to get back out. I love iTrust Capital's IRA Crypto product so put some money in an account a couple years ago but had a need to take a full distribution. The is the second transfer I've made… This is the second transfer I've made recently from Itrust to Fidelity. Both times I got a fast and accurate response from Jeffrey Carpizo. I'm 70 and I need to reduce my crypto exposure. I still have about 60% of my crypto in Itrustcapital. Not taking it all out. I've been in Itrustcapital for 3 years and it is a great platform. Customer service is top notch across the board

This platform cannot keepup with market… This platform cannot keepup with market volatility and it looks like they intentionally try and screw you on trades. During a market dump, the buy price for XRP (one example) was $3.34 while the sell price was around $2.00 and the actual market price at this point was $1.77 approx. Yes, it was high volatility and I called customer support and he said it must just be a screen issue. I called BS and reset many times.
