Acceptable but need some polishing So the online interface is smooth. The largest issues are the on ramp to get setup in the system, followed by the transfer of funds. These two issues are why you only get three stars. I really like the rest. You guys need to have a live agent that can be called to help with on ramp questions, though the FAQ is good, sometimes a voice with a quick update is best. You can't beat iTrustCapital! They have excellent customer service! I always receive a prompt response and they thoroughly answer all my questions. Their website is very clean and user-friendly. If you have significate amounts of gold or silver their monthly fee is much cheaper than storing it with a vault service.
