I needed support for a Withdrawal of Funds.. I needed support for a Withdrawal Transaction with iTrust Cap. So, I called iTrust and was politely greeted by Rafael B. A member of the Customer Service team. He quickly arranged a Zoom meeting and completed the process in support of withdrawal for quicker withdrawal. I’ve never had the level of great support from any other crypto exchange or broker, that I received from iTrustCapital and specifically from Rafael B.

He walked me through the remainder of my transaction and I subsequently received my funds into my account. Non tech savvy As non tech savvy person I was very reluctant to transfer my crypto from my exchange to Itrust. When I called them for assistance I got a very helpful and patient response from Ayrton. He walked me through the whole process step for step. He made sure I didn’t make any mistakes and even waited for the transfer to go through to verify. It was an awesome experience for me because I could do it on my own. Highly recommend Itrust capital.
