Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Every time I have a concern or question, they are quick and detailed to resolve it!! Their support is terrible. I have an… Their support is terrible I have an account with iTrust Capital. I made a $500 conditional trade on 2/19 which I cancelled the same day. The $500 is listed as pending since that date and I can’t get a response fro iTrust as to why it’s pending . They have disabled their phone support. iTrust took the $500 (reference # 175280) out of my account on 2/23. It's still listed as pending. The only email I've received is that my conditional order was cancelled because of insufficient funds. When... read more

Below average. The communication with iTrust overall was not good. Jared Feldman was an employee who stepped up and helped assure the final outcome of my transaction. I found it difficult to have iTrust personnel to contact me in a timely manner and were unhelpful responding to my numerous email requests - simply disregarding them. Deceptive Pricing & Misleading Order Types iTrustCapital has deceptive pricing policies and, IMO, seems to take advantage of people who don't know the difference between conditional and limit orders. First, iTrustCapital states that they charge 1% per transaction. Yes, they charge 1% per transaction and that is true! Compliance department is horrible! I received a distribution in 2021 and my taxes withheld weren’t remitted to the state properly. I have been working with customer relations for over a month and a half and they have been unable to get it corrected with the custodian. They also screwed up the original distribution. Two interactions and two problems. Batting 0%! I am seriously report my experience to the Department of Labor.
