Horrible customer service iTrust Capital has a support phone number for onboarding and helping the customer get their funds into their IRA but it is impossible to talk to talk to someone when you are having issues with distributions. The website says funds will be distributed 7-14 day after the distribution document has been signed, I have been waiting 4 weeks now. I have spoken to the support supervisor several times, who still hasn't been able to get a distribution supervisor to call me. Additionally they will not give you... read more

Crypto Roth IRA I use the platform to fund a Roth IRA. The experience with support has been great. Just know, if you are funding a Crypto Roth IRA, iTrustCapital doesn’t take out the taxes you will need to pay at the end of the year. Also know the selection of Crypto assets is slim compared to other exchanges. They need to increase the selection greatly.

If I could give it Zero Stars I would. If I could give it Zero Stars I would. Started a distribution process 19July and still have not received it. Message every day but have not had one message returned or responded to. Unable to contact anyone on phone or schedule a phone conversation. Avoid this Company at all cost.

Several Day Outage Without an Update Everything started out good but how can their service be down for several days without them providing any email update? They repeatedly send out several emails promoting this or that but when their service is down they don't let me know what's going on. Completely unacceptable.

I have not been able to log into my… I have not been able to log into my account for over a week and no one at ITrustCapital seems to think it’s a priority to resolve no matter how many times I call them.

I requested a distribution on 6-29-22… I requested a distribution on 6-29-22 for the 3rd time. They kept requesting the same information over and over and when I called I always got a different person with a promise to call or email me which never happened. As of today I have not received my distribution. This is completely unacceptable especially now that no one answers the phone and you can't log in. Nothing adds up and there is no transparency or honesty.
