Customer support via communications Customer support via communications, whether written or verbal, is lacking. Speed of transactions and purchases is a positive. Product variability needs improvement (ie only nine crypto currencies, plus gold and silver). Would like to earn interest on investments.

I tried setting up a self-directed Roth… I tried setting up a self-directed Roth IRA for my crypto IRA, and it got to a point where there was way too much red tape to make it happen. So i finally gave up and gave iTrust Capital a shot and wish I would have done so sooner. The user experience is so simple, set up was pretty straightforward, and got timely responses from support when I had questions. Definitely recommend!

Can't trust crypto if they lost 4 FedEx pkgs My first funding operation went well but that was when I opened my account. Subsequent funding attempts of my account failed 4 times before I wondered whether I can trust them to keep my crypto safe when they keep losing the transfer of funds application via FedEx !!
