Finally a way to trade crypto with IRA funds Overall, I am satisfied with ITrust capital. First of all, it’s awesome to have a way to trade crypto using IRA funds. The thing that kept me from rating ITrust as five stars is their customer support process. You can’t pick up the phone and call someone about a problem, or discuss concerns. Transferring from traditional IRA custodian was easy. Transferring a large percentage of my U.S. traditional IRA from an equity exchange to iTrustCapital was easy with the instructions that iTrust provided. I bought bitcoin and there are other crypto assets and commodities that can be purchased. They are a trustworthy custodian.Go ahead, do it too.

I'm In Working online it took one day to open an account. Then Jared Feldman from Itrustcapitol walked me thru the funding process and within 48 hours funds were transferred and I was buying. What a different experience from other crypto platforms where weeks would go buy with no progress and ZERO customer service. Lightening fast, easy and feels good to finally have some Bitcoin in my IRA! Thanks Jared, Much appreciated!!!! This is what a Crypto platform should look like.

Improvements needed Don’t have an issue with the service - I do have a major issue with not being able to call without making an appointment and having to wait 2-3 days. That’s just unacceptable to me. Im also a little dumbfounded at how little knowledge that person that will eventually get on the phone with you has... other than that, it is what it advertises to be - a way to invest into crypto currency inside an IRA and therefore without tax implication. So simple to use!!! I'm so glad I found iTrust Capital! They allow you to trade crypto currencies with your retirement money and better yet they offer ROTH IRAs so you can grow your acct TAX Free. The UI (user interface) is so simple to use for buying gold silver or crypto! I would have given them 5 stars if they had some more choices of cypto currencies (they only offer about 8 to 10 for now, I hope they add more). The customer service guy Jared was real helpful!
