Untrustworthy and possibly default Untrustworthy and unreliable. I would go elsewhere!! The initial transfer I had issues where they didn’t give me the right address for a couple hundred thousand rollover. After a half dozen calls in a month someone escalated it finally and confirmed they gave me the wrong address to send the money! I had a check for that amount floating around!! Great concept, wish for more transparency. It is wonderful to have a place where you can benefit from the gains on cryptocurrency for retirement. I moved some of my retirement to iCapital so I could purchase Bitcoin, Eth, and some other popular coins. The move was mostly seemless, with a couple of minor things. Very little communication once the money was sent, it took more than a week to see the money in the account and only after I emailed. Your Rollover Process SUCKS!!! First, the rollover process was absolutely horrible. My check was mailed to you and received on a Wednesday morning, you said it would be processed after a 3day hold or something. well by Friday it still had not even been processed and the 3-day timer did not start. I didn't have access to my money for almost two weeks after you received it. Nothing Compares to Crypto No monthly fees with only 1% for trades, I like it. Every year hopefully I can put in the max amount because I believe crypto will outperform anything in the future even equities.
