Hi John, Thanks for your feedback. We are working as fast as we can to add additional features to make the process as easy as possible. Unfortunately, the IRS only allows IRAs to be funded with USD.
iTrust has the best support I've… iTrust has the best support I've experienced in the crypto investment space, and the iTrust team is very knowledgeable and responsive. I really like the ability to schedule a call. I do hope they update the trading portal so we can set limit and stop-loss orders. I sent an enquiry about this, and Grant got right back to me. He said they're working on updates. Overall, I feel iTrust is the best option.
Solid Option, Among Few Holding crypto and gold in an IRA easily is a great product. There are few alternatives. The execution of the solution by iTrustCapital is a good solid start. Compared to other (non-IRA) crypto and metals broker websites and apps, iTrustCapital offers few asset choices and poor visibility into the performance of each. So far the itrust experience has been… So far the itrust experience has been great. I rolled over funds from another IRA and the process went smooth and it's simple to buy the cryptos on the website. Jared has been very helpful along the way and has answered all my questions.
Hidden fees!!! I'm very unsatisfied about the service. They are charging 10 times normal price in moment of big increase or big decrease in the market. Yesterday, I sold some BTC (which is the most liquid market), I got executed at around 52k when market at Binance/Coinbase was at 55,6k! It's unbelievable the amount of "hidden" fees that they charged in moment of volatility in the market.
