LOst ability to access/see/trade, buy or sell assests This will be the 2nd time that I have lost ability to access my account/see/trade, buy or sell my assets on the iTrustcapital.com site. Today (10/13/22) from 0600-1500 eastern time. I could get in to the site but it showed an asset value of 0.00. So it looked like my account had been cleaned out. BTC was not viable at all!! Yesterday some clients were unable to see the value of their assets, an issue we resolved within hours. Rolled over an IRA to iTrust Rolled over an IRA to iTrust. Each step of the process was well laid out. Would benefit from a step by step roadmap at the beginning to take you from account set up through purchase of the crypto. When I had questions, I found the customer service to be quick and helpful.
