They are definitely on the right track!! To begin, iTrust has some work to do to deliver the crypto exchange experience most of us are used too. For example, you can only place market order...they claim limits and stop losses are incoming later this year (2021). BUT there customer service is on top of all of your request and questions. This is the best crypto IRA platform in… This is the best crypto IRA platform in existence. The fees are low, straightforward and nothing hidden. Their customer service is stellar although sometimes I wish they had enough support that can pick up the phone immediately for questions. Although I understand this is the pains of a growing company. They are pretty responsive with emails within 24 hours, so no big deal. I’m very happy and feel secure in keeping my investments on iTrust Capital on a very long term basis. Benjami .
I've opened 3 accounts with iTrust I've opened 3 accounts with iTrust. The staff has been very responsive to helping me setup multiple types of accounts. They are also extremely patient with me as I'm the type that has a LOT of questions. It's great to be able to participate in the Crypto market within an IRA or Roth where the gains will have tax protection!

Unfortunately, it does not seem to be the case because you have not re-listed XRP even after the recent developments with the SEC. Hi W.B. We understand and share your frustration regarding XRP. As explained numerous times, iTrustCapital is NOT an exchange. We are a technology platform that connects to exchanges for liquidity. As soon as the major U.S. exchanges re-list XRP, we will swiftly turn trading back on. Not having XRP available on our platform hurts iTrustCapital as a business as much as it hurts you as an investor.
Roth IRA I opened my Roth IRA in Feb. 2021. The process of funding it is straight-forward. The process for buying the crypto offerings is also straight-forward. The dashboard page is simple and easy to read and understand. All in all, I'm very happy with my experience with iTrustCapital. Thanks.

waiting for stop orders. Service is good but still would like to see the ability to use stop orders to buy and sell instead of only market orders. Once that happens I would give it 5 stars.

I trust iTrustCapital I think signing up for Itrust was probably one of the best things I have done this decade. Not only do they provide the best transparent fees model compared to all the other crypto IRA institutions, they also have been very responsive and helpful in the communication.
