Wired funds to fund our account and it… Wired funds to fund our account and it has been 5 days and still no funds! Called after the 3 day and they assured me the funds would post to my account by the end of the day. Emailing their support is completely useless, never a response. Phone support is essentially the run-around. After numerous calls to support and asking for a manager, the story changed to it's in the "conversion stage" and will take another 7-10 business days before account is funded. I opened a Roth IRA account I opened a Roth IRA account, rolled over and converted an Ameritrade traditional IRA to an iTrustCapital Roth IRA. The process was very smooth and so was my purchase of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Very pleased.

Cannot complete buy/sell orders Cannot complete buy/sell orders. Huge issue Got a response from IT, issue still not resolved. And one gripe I have with Itrust Capital you can’t schedule a call with them. Shows no appointments available. So I was able to call and got Robert on the phone right away. Really helpful, issue with KYC update. Sucks I can’t trade at the moment but at least customer service was 10/10.
