Comparatively reasonable fees Comparatively reasonable fees and rates. Lack of details on the website concerning withdrawal procedures, taking possession of crypto and/or metals, taxes, etc.. Slow response to texts and rollover requests. Orders almost always seem to be filled at an unfavorable price, often outside of the range that the market is trading in from the time the orders was placed, to when it is filled.
CRYPTO IRA IS EASY, SAFE & FAST ItrustCapital is leading the crypto charge out of traditional ways of retirement and into the digital age of retirement. Danielle was quick to reply to questions and provided me with 5-star service!

Excellent fees and service. I have used iTrust and Bitcoin IRA. I prefer iTrust because they are straightforward, honest and have excellent communication and customer service. Fees are extremely reasonable with iTrust. I don't think either one is fully insured in the event of a hack but such is the crypto world. Zach in customer service was extremely helpful and efficient.
VERY IMPRESSIVE Customer Service I am transferring a portion of my IRA funds to iTrustCapital and Danielle was extremely helpful responding to my emails, even on the weekend! Furthermore, she was very patient with me after making some mistakes and changes on the forms - I guess I was so excited to move some funds out of the fiat dollar to Cryto- LoL.
