My initial impression was … My initial impression was that setting up the account was going to be a bit difficult. You get a questionnaire that you are supposed to fill out by asking your current IRS custodian for the answers. My custodian obviously did not like the questions and the most frequent response something like "we work that out with them. They know what to do." Excellent, but use fax (or snail mail) for security Really excellent platform for acquiring and holding crypto in an IRA or especially a Roth.There is a gaping security hole however, they ask you to email the document that has your Social Security number, date of birth, name and address. It would be great if they had a simple upload button on their website, but they don’t. Don’t they know that emails are not secure, but faxes are?
