I like your platform very much I like your platform very much. Have had no issues placing trades even during high volume. Just would like to know when you are going to have other alt coins someone could get on Coinbase, etc. Also, your information about lending crypto currency and having 100% liquidity was very good and insightful.

Customer Service is terrible Customer Service is almost non-existent. In order to speak with someone, I must schedule a call and there isn't a time slot available for over a month. I also sent an email message about a $50,000 transfer that didn't show up in my account for 7 weeks and never received a response. I moved some of my IRA money to iTrust Capital to purchase cryptocurrency and the reviews looked good. ITrustCapital was very easy to set up… ITrustCapital was very easy to set up and in my opinion very affordable for the average person. I looked into Bitcoin IRA'S in the past and the fees were astronomical and unrealistic. ITrustCapital has changed that with reasonable low fees and a great website that is easy to navigate. I did have to learn the hard way that every trade outside of a Bitcoin IRA is a taxable event. Poor Customer Service/Communication Slow initial setup time. Communication is bad. You need to make an appointment to talk to someone even for emergencies. Lack of a messaging/chat app. is inexcusable in this day and age.

The majority of the time it took for your account to fund was due to the transferring custodian's long processing time and the fact that they would only mail a physical check.
