Love being able to trade in and out of… Love being able to trade in and out of cryptos without tax implications! I just have a couple of suggestions: 1. Need easier way to deposit money and trade those funds right away. We should be able to connect via ACH and have the ability to have smaller recurring deposits. 2. Add more coins/tokens: ADA, DGB, VET, ZIL. I know you guys are working on getting more assets listed. Can't wait!!! I believe iTrust is a slam dunk for crypto investors!!! Especially if you implement the above.
Crypto is the new money for the people Crypto is the new money for the people. Not the antiquated traditional banks and Wall Street who will always make money off of the little guy. Bitcoin is just getting started and is a great savings account for your money.
I think you're fees are reasonable I think you're fees are reasonable, but the spread is very high. At least compared to other crypto/gold IRAs. However, you site is rather minimalistic. You choices of assets is limited, although I like that you have added a couple more options. The thing I really wish you offered is the option to do limit and stop orders.
You UX and UI needs a loooooot of work You UX and UI needs a loooooot of work. the quality of you product shows how you care about customers and the service we get. 1-2 stars are because your User Interface doesn't provide any value as other portfolio managements and wallets. Invest in Design!!!

i...do...trust! So far my experience with iTrustCapital has been very enjoyable. The transfer team made the process smooth and seamless. Since I began trading over 3 weeks ago, the team at iTrust has added 2 new crypto assets to their offerings. Please keep them coming! I enjoy reading the newsletters and updates. I reviewed various IRA cryptocurrency…very pleased. I reviewed various IRA cryptocurrency businesses and chose iTrust for ease of fund transfer and setup of the account. Low fees and security were of utmost importance and they offered those. So far, I have been very happy with the transparency on the site and ease of use.
Great opportunity...with room to improve I love the concept of being able to invest in crypto assets within my IRA. Itrust Capital has a great platform to do this. My only issue is the lack of options to communicate directly with them. You either have to email them, or schedule a time for them to call you back. I would love to see them improve this area, so you could reach them by phone directly.
