I trust I like that it was easy and quick to transfer my money to Itrust IRA. I felt that there should be a larger list of crypto to invest in.
As I am new to crypto As I am new to crypto, let alone crypto IRA's, I really have no basis of comparison, so my star rating is probably not accurate. The rollover from my 503b to my iTrust account was painfully slow. Smooth Transition and Trading I moved an existing rollover IRA to iTrustnand it was smooth and easy. I was setup and trading in about a weeks time. So far the trading process is smooth and all the crypto brands I trade are available.
Customer Service is hard to reach I've tried to reach customer service for two days, but have not heard back from them. There's no phone number to reach anyone, either. So it's frustrating and costly.
Easy to use site that does what it says Setup was easy, responses to email questions have been timely, and site is clean and easy to use. Exactly what I was looking for to be able to include gold, silver, and cryptocurrencies in my IRA and Roth IRA accounts.
Good option for High risk & rewards Crypto trading Roth investments I first heard about this company from someone I follow for investment advise. I researched and found this to be the only company that could serve my purpose for Roth investment for high risk reward assets (cryptos) trading account that I was looking for so decided to setup an account.
Trading platform very poor!!! Trading platform not being capable of limit orders is a major liability.
