I love being able to buy cryptocurrency… I love being able to buy cryptocurrency so easily and silver without the high premiums. The speed is so much faster than my initial slow-as-molasses precious metals trustee who caused me to lose out on profits because metal prices moved quickly while they were taking weeks to process my transfers.

iTrustCapital is a great SDIRA provider… iTrustCapital is a great SDIRA provider if you are looking to gain exposure to cryptocurrency and precious metals. iTrust allows you to choose your investments with a provider that does not rip you off. 1% per trade and a flat fee of $29.95/mo is terrific when compared to other platforms that charge an asset-based fee. I looked at many competitors and compared them all and iTrustCapital beat them all on many metrics.
The user interface needs some work The user interface needs some work. I understand you want to keep it simple, but it's a bit too simple. The portfolio manager can be simple and easy to use and look much more sleek and modern. I personally like the Voyager app for crypto. You should check out their interface for some design ideas. ITrust Capital Best company for a Crypto IRA I did a good bit of research and iTrust Capital was lower on fees than their competitors regarding IRA custodian fees and asset based fees. Their site is pretty good. Only complaint is it’s hard or impossible to make a call and get an answer immediately. I think they stopped taking incoming phone calls.
Scheduled my "phone" consultation more… Scheduled my "phone" consultation more than a week in advance. Received the call earlier than was scheduled and was old that something had come up so my call had to be "now" or at some other point which would not work since I had other obligations on that day. I felt rushed and did not benefit from the call. Because you offered the Roth IRA I went ahead and opened the account.
Great customer service on asset… Great customer service on asset transfer in. They are quick to answer questions via email. All client replies were personalized and to the point and not a canned response like competitive brokers send out. More crypto choices are needed, stop and limit orders are needed badly. On the surface, the 1% trade commission on cryptos sounds fine, but in practice it is way too much just to execute a trade. The larger the account gets, these % fees could be massive. I definitely love the platform compared… I definitely love the platform compared to what equity trust offers for IRA. the fees are very reasonable compared to other IRAs. Couple of reasons I stayed away from giving a 5 are 1) Platform interface can been improved a lot when you are claiming to be wanting to be the best. 2)I would like a limit order & stop loss feature added which are essential for crypto traders.
