I was very happy to find this product I was very happy to find this product. I actually found it by watching a YouTube blogger sponsored interview (Datadash). I had been looking for a way to get some tax free earnings on crypto as well as a way to beef up my retirement account, so this Roth IRA product is perfect. The staff was very helpful in getting my Roth IRA transferred in. The only thing I see lacking currently is an app to manage account and trades, but can be easily done on internet browser.

Great platform Great platform, easy to use. I feel like the customer service is lacking. When I had questions regarding how much I could invest in my Roth IRA or what income I needed to stay under to remain qualified, I was told to talk to a financial advisor. Well that’s great but financial advisors don’t know anything about crypto. I think a better user experience would be to have customer service operators that have some type of accounting or CPA experience. Otherwise I love the platform!
Lied To Me, Didn't Fund My Account As Promised + Then Ignored Me Awful. After much research in the digital asset community, and based on recommendations from many, I started the process of funding my account in Oct 2020. Typical IRA transfer takes 1-2 weeks if all documents are returned to us in good order.
