This is more an issue for Opentable than Jake and JOES — I reserved for 6:30pm and clearly chose “standard seating” not high top seating. When I check in, the host asks me if I high top is ok. It is NOT ok (I have a 3 year old, it just doesn’t work, and she won’t sit in a high chair). Apparently the seating type does not get transmitted to the restaurant. Very poor service.
Really liked the atmosphere but the food was average at best. The wings were good but the cape cod reuben was awful because of the very bad coleslaw that was on it. How hard is it to make a good slaw? Not Very! also pricey for what you get
We had horrible service. Cold food. Reserved table and when we got there they didn’t have a table and e had to wait anyways. We didn’t want a high top with the baby so I reserved a regular table but they still gave us a high top. My meal was the same size as my daughters kids meal. Couldn’t get drunk refills. Just one thing after another.
