colors not working some of the colors didn't work
LED Light Display doesn't Work Properly Contacted Hayward on 8/5/20 and was supposed to receive a new light under warranty. Have not received my light and have not been able to get any response from Hayward Techs. Very disappointed in the product and company response. Paid a lot of money for a light that doesn't work properly.
Don't Buy I bought 4 lights from Amazon made by Hayward Low Voltage in ground pool lights. They stopped working after 8 months. I lost $1000 on two lights. Don't Buy. Bad Product.
Dont risk it Hayward has no customer service whatsoever. Don'r risk it.

Brand new and there is no red and only two shows. It’s junk! Didn’t work correctly right out of the box! There’s no red light and just a couple weeks later we only have a blue light, NO other lights and no shows!! I can send it back for a 20% restocking fee!!

Look at the ratings - and avoid a $600 mistake. Mine lasted five seasons and then crapped out on me. And I used it for Friday and Saturday evenings only. The fixture did not let water in - it just stopped working. These are junk and the manufacturer will not stand behind them. The Colorlogic 4.0 is shallow (2") which fits in a regular wet niche housing. Expensive and horrible warranty For the cost of this light I would expect more. Pool companies want about 1k for this same light so I would say compared to that, cost this is a good deal. I just want something that a company stands behind rather than a meek 1-year warranty for a LED at this cost and for a light that has no serviceable parts. My normal outside house LED bulbs are exposed to all the elements and last so why doesn't yours?
