JAM is great! Why am I so enthusiastic about a Auto repair shop? Well, because we all know how hard it is to find one that is HONEST, reliable, and doesn't try to rip you off!The guys at JAM are nice, efficient, and don't try to keep selling you additional services. They tell you what you need, and leave the decision making up to you. We've been going there for a few years now and have had no issues with our cars. We have an Acura & Toyota, but I'm pretty sure they will work on non-Japanese cars as well.

Whenever I had to take my car in for service, I was always worried about being taken advantage of. A lot of the mechanics that I've tried always seemed a little shady and untrustworthy. But these are mechanics I trust. They have never been anything but professionals and have not once left me guessing whether or not I'd been had. As a computer geek, I also appreciate their acceptance of today's technology. They have a blog, a Google presence and actually have someone to check their email often. I will never in my right mind take another vehicle to Japanese Auto Master again, Over priced and they didn't find my problem. Took my car to them 04/30/18 quote one price and charged another, I used tell others about them not any more.

I've always had positive experience with JAM, always recommended shop to friends + family, but this last visit was extremely disappointing. Would very much like to speak to Tommy and provide details.
