I have bought homes and refinanced in the past, and Jason was by far the best loan officer we ever worked with. Jason made the entire experience of buying a home easy and understandable. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Jason was always there to answer them. 10/10 communication. I needed to refinance my mortgage in order to drop my monthly payment to make my home more affordable. My goal was to take advantage of a better rate. I went to the bank that handled my mortgage first, and when they couldn't get it done a friend referred me to Jason. Jason and his team made it happen and my rate dropped more than I expected. The process was very smooth and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to do the same.

Everyone I dealt with, at Total Mortgage, was professional, efficient and friendly. They were there to answer questions and accommodating when we needed to make revisions. Closing time was quick and as communicated. Exceeded my expectations in every way.
