The entire home buying process was awful. The clear and specific communication was never there through our process. There were multiple times were items were brought up and we had no idea about them or it wasn’t reviewed with us again prior. This being our first time building a new home, I learned a lot in what to ask for and what to expect from a company. I have never seen a more confusing process for owning a home.
