Communicated well
The communication was good but could have been better when the time to lock in rates occurred. I’m a first time home buyer so my knowledge of the process is almost nonexistent. I wish that was considered a little more.
Jeff was very responsive and his counterpart Colby , but a new home is stressful and they made it easier . Jeff new our concerns and helped us the best way possible.

Jeff was great. Kept me informed pretty much on a weekly basis. He handled any problems that came up. Was really happy with the service he provided.
Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the loan. We are first time homebuyers and he made us feel very comfortable and he was easy to approach with questions. We appreciate everything that he did for us and communicating with us on a weekly basis and he would return emails and calls on a timely basis. He also said we are welcome to reach out even after closing of the loan and home. Thank you for eveything!
