Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that we (first time home buyers) were taken care of. When our realtor (my dad) was not able to go to the title meeting, Jeff stepped in to help us understand what we were signing and what it meant. Not only did Jeff help us understand what we were getting ourselves into, but he continually asked if we needed anything prior to signing any paperwork, even if it wasn't something in his job description. He contacted other KB Home employees to get us answers.
