I can't say enough good things about Jenna and her team. Every step of the process I was kept well informed and taken care of. I had issue that had nothing to do with them or me, but Jenna didn't charge me extra, and was extremely positive through every process. I will be recommending her for years to come.

Jenna stayed on top of every step of our loan. From beginning to end she kept us informed as to where it was in the process. She let us know when we had to sign papers and when we messed up the passwords to the sites she was gracious in that she never blinked an eye and just resent links.
