Jennifer and her team were incredibly helpful and even fun to work with! I've worked with Jennifer and Katie on 2 loans and both experiences have been excellent. This team is competitive and on point, with good people skills to boot. On my most recent loan which closed today, I had asked a banker friend to review the terms. She sent my info to the mortgage department of her bank and the mortgage representative confirmed that the terms were on par with what they would be able to offer. So, for the 2nd time, I am impressed and happy.

Jennifer is AMAZING!! We had the best experience. Her team was very on "it" and they were willing to go the extra mile. One of her team offered to COME to my house to have me sign something and I needed a notary and they did it for me! I never felt like I didn't know what I needed to do and I received a reminder if I needed it. I would use them again and again.

Jennifer helped my wife and I finance our new home in Denver. Given the low supply and crazy competitive Denver housing market, we didn't want to sell our existing home before finding a new one. The top items I was looking for in a lender were experienced, priced competitively, readily available, and answered all my questions. Jennifer and team nailed these with flying colors.
