- Initial checkin staff. 5 stars! Very engaged, customer focused, Walked me in the door towards the waiting room and told me what was waiting for me once I got there while ensuring an efficient evolution, fast forward towards end, informed me of what they found, (i.e. coolant low, filter dirty etc.) turned them both down and I kindly declined and they proceeded towards finishing the job. The best jiffy lube hands down from the greeting to the leaving. Kudos to Curt the manager (I hope I spelled his name correctly) because everything & everyone's actions are a reflection of him. Great job guys seriously!

Went at 10 on a Thursday and got right in. Great customer service - explained everything they'd cover and walked me to the lobby to get me situated with my two little girls. Good k-cups and a charging station we're nice touches. And a good military discount. No complaints.

Probably one of my better experiences at a Jiffy Lube. The good: They definitely have the convenience factor down, that's one of their biggest selling points. This location is well-placed right off Garrisonville and probably drives a majority of their business. The guy who usually tries to up-sell you on a new air filter, tire rotation, etc was not pushy at all which was refreshing. We've come to this location twice and both times were a good experience. In the waiting area, they have a cell charging station, free wifi, a Keurig machine and a bunch of little coffee cartridges. There's a bathroom and a television too. We've only ever had oil changes here and no issues. A tip would be always check the website for coupons/promotions. They always return the car cleaner than I brought it in --they clean the windows, vacuum it out, etc. Silly I know, but I appreciate that the oil change sticker is printed ... read more

SUPER IMPRESSED! Just went in for an oil change on my daughter's car today. Was a last minute thing; no appointment. The tech came out, I explained what I needed, and he directed me right into the bay. He explained my options, I selected what I wanted, and he turned me over to the guy writing up the ticket. They took the car right in, and I waited out in the lot with my dog who insisted he tag along.
