Do not go to this Jiffy Lube! Extremely poor customer service. No communications during the oil change, put in partial synthetic without informing me, no sticker added to the windshield that shows the type of motor oil or the mileage of the Oil Change. Also, more expensive than Valvoline which is much cleaner, more professional and efficient. Will not return to Jiffy Lube again.

Jiffy Lube offers tire change services. We own a separate set of wheels with winter tires. We removed two of the wheels with summer tires on them due to an accident that damaged the wheels. It was a difficult task to do with the tools that come the vehicle and the wheels/tires are heavy for us due to age and health. We just needed for Jiffy lube to remove the wheels from the other side of the car and put on the other two wheels with winter tires. If I could give this venue a minus 100 I would. I've lived in N. VA. patronizing Jiffy Lube Live 22 years. I am disgusted paying more than $100 a ticket to get bombarded by marijuana smoke & to have to always view the back of asses standing up in front of me for up to 3 hours. I can never see the stage & can watch a tv screen at home for free. There is zero security or courtesy suggestions or enforcement. Got my oil changed. Asked if they'd put air in the tires and got a yes of course. When I payed I was told my tires were filled and my interior was vacuumed. Checked my receipt and it said so on there as well. Got into the car and the interior was not vacuumed one bit. Asked the guy if they vaccumed, he said yes but then went to ask, and they did not and he was sorry about that. Then the tire pressure light was still on so I asked about that as well. So I got my oil changed here awhile ago and had some eyes glasses taken out of my car along with a ring. Wouldn't recommend them at all, sad because I've never had a issue with this place ever.

1 hour for a standard oil change nothing extra changed and this is not counting the wait just to get seen. Also, employees not wearing masks when handling customer vehicles and just standing around while numerous cars are waiting to be helped.

I came in yesterday for an oil change at this location. Prior to coming in I asked for an estimate of the price of a synthetic oil change, gave them the make and model and year of my car. The gentleman I spoke on the phone with looked it up for me and quoted me $65. I figured this was a really great deal considering it's usually anywhere from $80-$100. I don't know the gentleman's name; a tall African American man at this location- told my husband the estimate they gave him last time was incorrect (too low) for spark plugs and an oil change. Not a big deal but annoying especially since we were in a rush today and it was a recent estimate from their store, but that's not why I'm leaving a one star.
