I brought my vehicle there for service the end of Dec. The tech broke my oil cap taking it off. This caused a vacuum leaked and engine to run rough. I have been trying to get them to cover the cost of repair (which they originally said they would) for almost 3 months. I call just about every week and ask for a manager or district manager to contact me and they never do. Planning on taking them to small claims court. Poor customer service all around.

Never again: was told a manager quit and 3 people called out today. Was turned away after waiting 15 mins for air in my tires. Literally would've taken them 2 mins to have a happy customer but still said they couldn't do it. You just lost a loyal customer for over 15 years!!!!!!

When I had my oil changed less than 24 hours ago, the "mechanic" at Jiffy Lube never replaced the bottom shield he removed. I drove the car directly home, and it didn't fall off. Called the shop, and I was told they couldn't find it. I am furious at this oversight. Instead of doing an oil change correctly, they were more concerned about trying to sell be an overpriced air filter. Said air filter just needed to be blown off. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

Please be sure that you ask for a "conventional oil change" when visiting this location, if you do not desire a "FULL SYNTHETIC"... the full synthetic signature service oil charge will run you roughly about $100 (or a little less) and they will not let you know that beforehand unless you ask. They took the liberty of doing that without verifying the price difference and got charged the price of practically 2 oil charges for one car. Again, make sure you ask.

Do not use this Jiffy Lube on Garrisonville Rd in Stafford, VA. They put the wrong oil filter on my wife's Tahoe Z71 and oil slowly leaked and then eventually blew out a week later. It was a Mighty Engine Guard II filter made in Mexico. At first I thought some oil was just spilled in the skid plate because there were a few drops in my driveway at home. I went in for an oil change. I was there for my appointment, when they open. At least 4 other cars were done before mine. The gentleman working on my vehicle had a concerned look on his face and was walking around the facility. When I finally got my car at home, the next day I realized that the oil had leaked all over my driveway. I called Jiffy Lube. They came to my house to look at it. Came to realise the replacement caps the so called assistant manager gave me were the wrong ones! Possibly from a different car! What kind of people are these!? Someone named Juff Lube C from the Garrisonville juffy lube replied to my review asking for my email smh. Apparently its the same message he sends to everyone with a complaint! Brought my car for an AC Recharge and oil change. Dropped it off and went to work. Received no phone calls or anything, came back 8 hours later and they had done nothing for the car. They said that there was a leak but didn't know where it was, did nothing to confirm there was actually a leak (dye). Pretty much just did not do anything. And then charged me 49.99 for a connect fee. When I asked why the fee, the assistant manager very sternly told me I had signed an agreement when I dropped off the vehicle. Left out my air filter..they had one job. Luckily it was a work vehicle although I would never dream of bringing my personal vehicle there.
