What a rip off!!! Went there for a signature service oil change and after over an hour wait, with only 2 customers ahead of me, my $40 job when to $100!!! The oil had already been drained so I had to go with their synthetic oil, 3 qts at $20 per qt. UNBELIEVABLE!!! To add insult to injury, my oil change light come on, after 2.5 weeks!!! Plus they wouldn't take any of the digital coupons!!! Never again!!! Please, for your own peace of mind, don't be a victim to these thieves and their inflated costs.

I've been to this Jiffy Lube twice. The first time I went was on Veteran's Day in 2016. There must have been 15-20 people waiting on their cars. Everyone was moving so fast I was in and out in 30 minutes tops. Because of our military affiliation we only paid $20 (1/2 off) the service. Liars and shysters! They told me that my radiator cap needed to be replaced because it "failed a pressure test." Also wanted to upcharge to clean my battery terminals. Both untrue! My husband checked everything after my visit and all was perfectly fine except they didn't put the radiator cap back on properly. Will never return.
That's it for me. Used them before, but this last trip was an experience of total incompetence. First I had to get through the "cabin air filter hustle", they call you back for a serious consultation, then they show you the dirty filter. "We suggest for you to replace this", horrors! What a rip off. I paid ~$95 for an oil change. If I weren't in a rush and gone to the first place I saw I could have gotten the job done for 1/3 the price elsewhere. I won't be back, there are plenty of other shops in Stafford. Try Del's... I got my inspections done there. Seem like honest people charging a fair price ($44 for inspection and emissions). Not sure what they'd charge for an oil change, but it's probably a fraction of this place.
My wife took my car here for an oil change and later we discovered that the car is leaking oil really bad. I took it back and was told that it was because of an after market drain plug. Well the drain plug has been doing fine for the past couple of years and through oil changes but now my car is leaking even more. The gentleman I spoke with said everything should be fine and that the next time I get an oil change they can change the drain plug. Why not change it now? Well, I must say, I had an oil change on a Sunday - discovered a leak on Monday, brought the car back - and it was repaired. Quite professionally I will add. I was impressed with the gentleman who did the work on the car - I watched him from outside the bay door. The skid plate, the underside - all cleaned up, no leaks. $80 to reset the sensors. .going in they told me they would charge nothing if there was no work. Never going back! AUtozone parts store or AAMCO transmission shop they will pull the code for free and tell you why the light is on for no charge. Learned an EXPENSIVE lesson!
My mother in law went in for an oil change and came out $900 poorer. She was told she NEEDED new brakes and rotors as well as several other items including a ridiculouly expensive air filter. SHe was tols bad rotars and brakes are a safety issue. I spoke to her in the middle of the process and told her to be sure to ask for the used parts back. She only received the pads and rotars.
