Horrible customer service!!!!!! They only sent me $400 with a balance of $1700 left On my loan. I spoke with Cameron and he claim that they used the Nada value to price my car while my insurance company used CCC1. They were not true to their word. Would not recommend in any circumstances. They do not want to work with me and have told me there is nothing they can do about it. If I could I would rate them ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THEM!
