It has been a stressful 6 weeks since the accident. But speaking to the customer service rep calmed my nerves. She was the most knowledged person I've encountered so far. I wish she could hold my hand the rest of the way in this process. Accidents are just that, accidents!! She didn't have any type of negative tone towards me and my situation. Thanks.

They didn't cover the total of the remaining balance. I expected them to pay any and all the amount. I have to pay interest and any deferement papers. So now I'll still have two car notes.

Only paid $175 of gap insurance and paying paying them for four years!

Terrible GAP insurance. They wouldn't pay the entire remaining balance on my car even though it was well under 50k. On top of that, they took forever to send the check so I had to pay 2 months worth of interest after my car had been totaled for 2 months.

Barely covered any of the loan amount still owed, not worth the money added to my loan to even have Gap insurance. Very displeased!

They did not cover any of my total loss claim and I wasn't even at fault with the accident. I received no information regarding my gap coverage to explain guidelines. Extremely dissatisfied with this company.

DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY. They are quick to take your money without fully disclosing what is covered. They are refusing to cover my repairs after I was misled into thinking these repairs under the warranty coverage I purchased.
